1889 Campaign Hat

This quality reproduction "Drab color" hat, as Adopted in February 8 1889. Hat offers "Each side of hat to have an opening for ventilation consisting of small punched holes of size, and arranged in design", the star pattern. Three rows of stitching around a 3" brim, correct ribbon "to be trimmed with Eight-ligne union band to be sewn on by hand" and "2.25 imported leather" sweat band ". .
The hat sizes range from 6-7/8 to7-7/8.
