Suspenders

This style of suspenders was common for the mid 1800's, worn by officers and enlisted men alike. Made of heavy tri-folded cotton 1 ¼” or 1 ½” wide, the front button straps are made of either leather or heavy cotton tape, the back of the suspender strap has a button hole.
